MOTORS AND FOOD

The area around Modena isn't known for its beauty, but it is for the contribution it has given and gives to the Made in Italy brand throughout the world. Here the Lamborghini, Maserati and Ferrari cars are and always have been made. This is also the area where Traditional balsamic vinegar and Parmigiano Reggiano are made. We will visit a farm and learn how this particular kind of cheese is made. Then we will visit an Acetaia for the vinegar. Both obviously include tastings. The Ferrari museum of Maranello is a splendid tour through the history of what is probably the world's most famous car. Next to the museum you can also try one of the several models Ferrari produces in a 10 to 60 minutes drive. Booking in advance, you can also try one of their sports cars on the track. 

With a longer tour we can also add a visit to a Prosciutto di Parma producer, the other region's specialty. If you have made reservations well in advance, you can also dine at the n.1 restaurant in the world: “Osteria Francescana”, in the center of Modena!
